Processing time
Orders received before 2:00 PM UAE time on a business day are dispatched the same day from our Ajman warehouse. Orders received after 2:00 PM ship the next business day. Fridays and Saturdays are working days; Sundays we don’t dispatch.
Tracking
You receive an email with a courier tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. WhatsApp updates are available on request.
Couriers
Within the UAE: Aramex and Emirates Post for standard parcels. GCC and international: DHL Express and Aramex Priority.
Customs & duties
UAE deliveries are duty-free at the prices shown. GCC and international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their country. Refusing a parcel due to unexpected duties does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs.
Free shipping threshold
Spend AED 200 or more in a single UAE order (after any discounts, including VAT) and standard UAE shipping is automatically free at checkout.
Undeliverable parcels
Three delivery attempts will be made. If the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional courier fees may apply) or process a refund for the item value only.
