Return window
You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 7 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the item price (shipping costs are non-refundable except where the return is the result of our error).
What can’t be returned
- Perfumes, cosmetics, and personal-care items once the seal is broken or the bottle has been sprayed — for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page.
- Items damaged or altered after delivery by the customer.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or wrong-item deliveries
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us via WhatsApp (+971 541 913 786) or email (sultanshamas7786@gmail.com) within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free return courier and either replace the item or refund the full amount including shipping.
How to initiate a return
